How A Lemon Law Lawyer Can Help

A lemon law lawyer can help you by first determining if you have a viable case under the lemon law. Even if the attorney cannot take on your case, he or she can still offer legal advice and the next steps you can take.

How Our Process Works

  1. Fill out our contact form
  2. We’ll find one of our partnered attorneys who will be able to help you
  3. We’ll contact the attorney with your information
  4. The attorney will get in touch with you to help with your situation
  5. Our attorneys offer FREE consultation

Qualifications For A Lemon Car

Typically, a car is considered a lemon car for any of the following:

  • 2 failed attempts to repair a safety issue (one that might result in death or serious injury)
  • 4 failed attempts to repair a recurring issue (or one that cannot be duplicated)
  • 30 days in the shop for repairs (when added together, not necessarily consecutively)

Even if your car does not meet any of these “requirements,” you might still have a case. Contact our California lemon law lawyers to learn if you have a case. Consultation is free.
